Analysis on Typical Case of Animal Husbandry Farmers' Specialized Cooperative in Xinjiang

本文通过分析3家畜牧业农民专业合作社的构建模式、生产管理方式和成效,结果表明联合与独立两种模式的畜牧业农民专业合作社,根据自身经营内容通过选择适合的生产管理方式均可取得较好的成效。联合模式的畜牧业农民专业合作社通过吸收具有资金、技术和人才等资源优势的非农成员入社,能够显著改善生产设施条件,提高生产管理水平并取得较好的成效;独立模式的畜牧业农民合作社结合农村经济落后的实际,通过采取"生产资料+资金"等多种形式的股份合作模式,有效整合生产资源,扩大生产规摸,也可获得较好的收益。政府应结合新疆现代畜牧业发展的实际需要,以改善生产设施条件和提高生产管理水平为重点,加强扶持的针对性,引导新疆畜牧业发展方向。

This paper analyzed modes,production management pattern and efficiency of three animal husbandry farmers＇ specialized cooperatives,and the results showed that autonomous and joint animal husbandry farmers＇ specialized cooperatives could gain good efficiency by proper production methods. The joint animal husbandry farmers＇ specialized cooperatives could attract non-agricultural members with fund and technology and so on, to achieve notable results.It is a effective form to improve facility conditions and production management level for the animal husbandry farmers＇ specialized cooperatives. The autonomous cooperatives could get betterearning according to stocks cooperatives of means of production＋fund for backward productions into the rural economy. The government should strengthen its support to improve the conditions of production and the level of production management with development of modern animal husbandry in Xinjiang,to guide the development of animal husbandry in Xinjiang.
