莫沙必利联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良的疗效

Efficacy of Mosapride Ombcined with Derexin in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的:探讨功能性消化不良患者应用莫沙必利联合黛力新治疗的效果。方法:选择2016年1月—2017年12月我院收治的70例功能性消化不良患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组予以枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,观察组予以枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合黛力新治疗。比较两组临床症状积分、胃固体排空时间、负性情绪及复发情况。结果:治疗后,对照组临床症状积分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组胃固体排空时间长于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组负性情绪评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组复发率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对功能性消化不良患者,莫沙必利联合黛力新治疗可更好地缓解临床症状,改善胃肠道功能,增强胃肠道消化能力,缩短胃固体排空时间,改善负性情绪,减少复发,促进患者恢复。

Objective： To investigate the effect of mosapride combined with Delproxen in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods： From January 2016 to December 2017, 70 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets, and the observation group with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets combined with delicixin. The clinical symptom score, gastric solid emptying time, negative emotion and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment, the clinical symptom score of the control group was higher than that of the observation group（P〈0.05）. The gastric solid emptying time in the radiation group was longer than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）, the negative emotion score in the control group was higher than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）, and the recurrence rate in the control group was higher than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For the patients with functional dyspepsia, mothapride combined with Delixine can relieve clinical symptoms, improve gastrointestinal function, enhance gastrointestinal digestion, shorten gastric solid emptying time, improve negative emotion and reduce recurrence. Promote patient recovery.
