芳纶输送带和永磁电机新技术的研究及应用 被引量:7

摘要 平煤股份十矿(简称十矿)己组三水平是矿井未来开采的主采区,考虑到矿井长远发展需要,针对各类带式输送机的优缺点及实际使用情况,十矿安装的己组集中出煤巷带式输送机采用了芳纶输送带、永磁电机新技术。与传统钢丝输送带相比,芳纶输送带在保持带体强度不下降的情况下,质量减少20%~30%,由于采用了有机纤维,带芯也不再受电磁干扰,同时还提高了耐磨性。永磁电机具有高效节能,起动转矩大,动态响应快,过载能力强等特点,取消了减速机、机械软起装置等中间环节,实现了真正意义上的免维护。己组集中出煤巷带式输送机投入运行以来,设备运行稳定,输送效率高,能够满足十矿己组三水平采区发展需要。 No.3 mining level of Ⅵ coal seam in No.10 Mine of Pingdingshan Tian′an Coal Industry Co.,Ltd. is the main coal seam being mined in future.In view of the long-term development needs of the mine,in view of the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of belt conveyers and the actual use situation,the new technology of the aramid conveyer belt and the permanent magnet motor was adopted in the coal roadway belt conveyor in No.10 Mine.Compared with the traditional wire conveyor belt conveyor belt,aramid in keeping with body strength was not reduced,and quality was reduced by 20% to 30%,due to the use of organic fiber,with the core was no longer subject to electromagnetic interference,but also improve the wear resistance.Permanent magnet motor has the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving,large starting torque,fast dynamic response,high overload capacity,and so on.It eliminated the intermediate parts such as reducer,mechanical soft lifting device,and realized the maintenance in the true sense.Since the coal roadway belt conveyor had been put into operation,the equipment had stable operation and high transportation efficiency,which can meet the development need of No.3 mining level of Ⅵ coal seam in No.10 Mine.
