摘要
为确定淮河流域防洪保护区不同下垫面的空间糙率分布。采用水动力学方法,以防洪保护区现有经验糙率取值和行蓄洪区验证糙率值为基础,搭建茨南淝右片水动力学MIKE模型,分析研究防洪保护区不同下垫面的空间糙率取值,包括村庄、树丛、旱田、水田、道路及河道等。提出了适用于安徽省淮河流域防洪保护区不同下垫面糙率的取值,进行淮河流域保护区的洪水风险分析。
In order to define roughness coefficient of various underlying surface on flood control zones in Huaihe basin. MIKE models for Cinanfeiyoupian are created using of hydrodynamic force and based on flood control zones empirical result and flood retention zones verification result. Space roughness values of various underlying surface in flood discharge and retention zones, such as village, bushes, dry farmland, paddy field, road and river courses, have been analyzed. Roughness values of various underlying surface in flood control zones of Anhui Province are proposed. Meanwhile, flood risk analysis is carried out for flood control zones along in Huaihe River basin.
