摘要
为了掌握皮可食水果农药残留在简单家庭式处理前后的变化,以莲雾和番石榴果实为材料,建立了11种农药(克百威、3-羟基克百威、啶虫脒、多菌灵、甲基硫菌灵、毒死蜱、马拉硫磷、噻虫嗪、除虫脲、噻嗪酮和水胺硫磷)残留的超高效液相色谱串联四级杆飞行时间质谱仪(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS/MS)测定方法。11种农药线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999,检出限(S/N=3)为0.002~0.003 mg/kg,回收率范围为71%~120%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.6%~9.2%。该方法样品前处理简单快速,灵敏度和精密度高,适用于对水果样品农药多残留进行测定。水洗与去皮处理后农药残留检测结果表明,水洗是去除莲雾和番石榴果实农药残留的良好方式,去皮则是比水洗更为高效的方式。建议在食用热带皮可食水果前先进行充分清洗,最好去皮后食用。
To investigate the effect of household handling on the pesticide residues of peel-edible fruits, a multi-residue method of simultaneous determination of 11 multi-class pesticides (carbofuran, 3-hydroxycarbofuran, acetamiprid, carbendazim, thiophanate-methyl, chlorpyrifos, malathion, thiamethoxam, diflubenzuron, buprofezin and isocarbophos) in wax apple and guava fruits by uhra-high-performance liquid chromatography/hybrid quadropole time-of-fight mass spectrometry (UPLC/Q-TOF-MS) was established. The linear ranges were satisfied with the correlation coefficients more than 0.999. The method limits of determination (LODs, S/N = 3) varied in the range of 0.002-0.003 mg/kg. The averages recoveries of the 11 analytes in wax apple and guava matrices were in the range of 71%-120% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 0.6%-9.2%.The method is simple, sensitive and precise, which is suitable for the multi-residue determination of fruit samples. The washing and peeling processing results showed that washing in water was effective to reduce pesticide residues in wax apple and guava fruits, whereas the residues removal effect of peeling was more effective than washing. It suggests that sufficient washing of the peel-edible fruits before consumption is needed, and it is better to remove fruit peels before consumption.
