随着中央广播电视节目无线数字化覆盖项目的快速推进,广西对于无线广播电视发射台站的监测管理也步入了新的数字化时代,通过分析数字码流的特征,提出了一种通过码流特征值比对实现台站节目防插播、防错播的检测管理方案,有效地实现了无人值守广播电视发射台站的安全播出管理。

With the rapid development of the wireless digital coverage project of the central radio and television program, the monitoring management of radio and television stations in Guangxi has stepped into a new digital era. By analyzing the characteristics of the digital stream, a detection management scheme is put forward to monitoring illegal insert of a program in this paper. This scheme effectively realizes a safe broadcasting management in unattended radio and TV transmitting stations.
