橡胶制品硫化内压及模腔内温度的影响因素探讨 被引量:4

摘要 以注射成型橡胶-金属制品为例,研究橡胶制品硫化内压及模腔内温度的影响因素。结果表明:在橡胶制品注射成型中胶料起到介质的作用,平衡模腔内金属骨架等材料的升温速度;胶料的炭黑种类及用量、硫化体系、活化体系对橡胶制品硫化内压影响较大,对模腔内温度影响较小;胶粘剂M538与胶料的硫化匹配性良好;模具封胶可以提高橡胶制品硫化内压,有利于提高橡胶制品的稳定性。 The factors influencing the internal pressure and mold temperature of rubber vulcanization were studied by taking the injection molding of rubber-metal product as an example. The results showed that during the injection molding process rubber compound played the role of heat transfer medium which balanced the heating rate of the metal skeleton materials in the mold. It was found that the type and amount of carbon black in the rubber compound,vulcanization system and activation system of the compound had a big influence on the internal pressure of the molding process,but only a little influence on the temperature inside the mold. Adhesive M538 showed good curing matching with the rubber compound. Use of mold sealant could increase the internal pressure during the vulcanization and improve the stability of the vulcanized rubber products.
