摘要
为使立式轴系水润滑推力轴承的设计过程更具科学化和规范化,促进具有我国自主知识产权水润滑轴承产品的研发,提出了1种基于多源知识的立式轴系水润滑推力轴承设计方法。该设计方法的核心是利用标准知识、经验知识及实测知识,在轴承的设计中实现知识驱动、组合创新。对立式转子水润滑推力轴承设计的知识来源进行了分类,并对设计知识的获取途径进行了探讨。建立了1个水润滑推力轴承设计知识库,以实现设计知识的获取和调用。给出了某立式轴系水润滑推力轴承的设计实例,根据基于多源知识的设计方法得到了该轴承的设计流程图。对设计轴承的静态性能仿真表明:该轴承符合使用要求,文中所述轴承的设计方法可以提高轴承的设计效率。
In order to make design processes of water lubricated thrust bearing in vertical shaft more scientific and normative and promote development of water lubricated thrust bearing with independent intellectual property rights,a design method of water lubricated thrust bearing based on multi-source knowledge was proposed in this paper. The core of the method utilized standards knowledge,experiential knowledge and experimental knowledge to realize knowledgedriven and combination-innovative design of bearing. The knowledge sources of design of water lubricated thrust bearing in vertical shaft were classified,and approaches of achieving design knowledge were discussed. A knowledge base of design of water lubricated thrust bearing was built to make design knowledge acquired and used. A design example about water lubricated thrust bearing of vertical shaft was implemented,obtaining the design flow chart of the bearing based on the method of multi-source knowledge. According to static performance simulation,the designed bearing met the requirement of usage. The design method in this paper improves the design efficiency of bearing.
