船舶和海洋结构物建造中的计算焊接力学进展 被引量:6

摘要 针对薄板结构的失稳现象,基于固有变形理论和弹性有限元分析,预测其焊接失稳变形分布、失稳变形模态及对应临界失稳条件;针对海洋平台中厚板的多层多道焊问题,热弹塑性有限元分析需要消耗大量的计算机资源以及计算时间,且计算精度不易确保,这就需要应用更先进的数值分析方法进行研究,若得到焊接残余应力的精确分析结果,则可用于焊接接头和结构的强度、断裂等性能的评估。总结当前轻量化造船中薄板结构的焊接失稳变形,以及海洋平台用大厚板结构多层多道焊的残余应力等计算焊接力学的进展,并归纳了影响焊接接头力学性能的因素。 According to the instability phenomenon of thin plate structure,based on the inherent deformation theory and elastic finite element analysis,the welding instability deformation distribution,instability deformation mode and corresponding critical instability condition are predicted.For the welding buckling,the inherent deformation theory and elastic finite element analysis are carried out to predict distribution of welding distortion,buckling modes and the corresponding critical condition,for the thick welded joint with multi-pass,thermal elasto-plastic finite element analysis requires a large number of computer memory and computation time,and the accuracy of calculation can not be guaranteed,which needs to be studied with more advanced numerical analysis methods.The strength,fracture of welded joints can be assessed when the results of residual stress are obtained.The current progress of computational welding mechanics in fabrication of ship and marine structures such as welding bucklingof thin plate structures during lightweight shipbuilding,residual stress of thick welded joint with multi-pass during offshore fabrication,even the factors which affect the mechanical performance of welded joints are summarized.
