内镜手术联合低温等离子刀辅助治疗对FRS患者疗效及血液学指标的影响

Effects of endoscopic surgery combined with low temperature plasma knife assisted therapy on the efficacy and hematological indexes of FRS patients

目的探讨内镜手术联合低温等离子刀辅助治疗对真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎(FRS)患者疗效及血液学指标的影响。方法将2016年4月至2017年11月我院收治的94例FRS患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组接受鼻内镜手术,观察组接受鼻内镜联合等离子消融术。比较两组的临床疗效及血液学指标。结果术后1周,两组Lund-Kennedy、SNOT-20评分及IL-6、IL-8水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内镜手术联合低温等离子刀辅助治疗FRS的疗效显著,且能抑制炎症因子分泌。

Objective To investigate the effects of endoscopic surgery combined with low temperature plasma knifeassisted therapy on the efficacy and hematological indexes of patients with fungal rhino-sinusitis （FRS）. Methods A total of94 patients with FRS admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into control groupand observation group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given nasal endoscopy surgery, and theobservation group was given nasal endoscopy combined with plasma ablation surgery. The clinical efficacy andhematological indexes of the two groups were compared. Results At 1 week after surgery, the Lund-Kennedy, SNOT-20scores and levels of IL-6 and IL-8 significantly decreased in the two groups, and those in the observation group were lowerthan the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher thanthat in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic surgery combined with low-temperature plasma knife assistedtherapy is effective in the treatment of FRS, and it can inhibit the secretion of inflammatory factors.
