56例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术室护理

Surgical Care of 56 Cases of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探究与分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术室护理。方法选择我院自2015年5月至2017年5月收治的56例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各28例,对照组给予手术室常规护理,观察组给予手术室优质护理,对比两组患者手术前后的焦虑抑郁情绪及护理满意度。结果观察组与对照组相比护理满意度较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理后与护理前相比SAS、SDS评分降低,观察组护理后与对照组护理后相比上述评分改善更加显著(P<0.05)。结论手术室优质护理应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术中能够更好的缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪,促进提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the operation room nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Fifty-six patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected. The random number table was divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given the operation room Routine care, the observation group to give the operating room quality care, compared between the two groups of patients before and after surgery anxiety and depression and nursing satisfaction. Results Compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The scores of SAS and SDS were decreased compared with those before treatment, and the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the operation room can better alleviate the anxiety and depression of the patients and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
