摘要 电子器件越来越趋向小型化、便捷式方向发展,而纳米银线基柔性透明导电膜将成为最具有潜力代替传统ITO导电膜的产品,其研究制备工艺越来越多地被报道出来。论文重点从纳米银线原料合成、纳米银导电膜的制备方法及优缺点进行介绍,并简单阐述该领域的最新研究成果及其应用领域。最后,对纳米银线基柔性透明导电膜在未来发展的趋势进行展望。 The development of electronic devices tends to be smaller and more convenient. Nano silver wire base flexible transparent conductive film will be the most potential product to replace the traditional ITO conductive film, and its research and preparation process has been reported more and more. The paper will mainly introduce the compose of nanocrystalline silver wire raw material, the preparation method of nano silver conductive film and their advantages and disadvantages. And it briefly introduces the latest research results in this field and their application fields. Finally, the development trend of nano silver base flexible transparent conductive film in the future is prospected.
