高压脉冲治疗仪中大数据量通讯的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 针对自主研发的高压脉冲电穿孔治疗仪的数据通讯需求和高压干扰的工作条件,设计了具有抗干扰能力的RS232通讯硬件电路,制定了数据通讯协议,实现了大数据量的瞬时传输。介绍了高压脉冲电穿孔治疗仪的工作原理;针对治疗仪高电压强干扰的工作环境,重点分析了治疗仪控制系统的上、下位机数据可靠传输的实际需求,设计了串行通讯的硬件实现方案、数据通讯协议以及上位机的数据可视化实现方案。通讯测试结果表明,所设计的串行通信系统在大数据量通讯时工作稳定,在高压脉冲强干扰环境下数据传输准确可靠,满足高压脉冲电穿孔治疗仪的各项要求。 According to the data communication requirements and high-voltage interference working conditions of the selfdeveloped high-voltage pulse electroporation therapeutic apparatus,the RS232 communication hardware circuit with anti-interference ability is designed and the data communication protocol is established to realize the instantaneous transmission of a large amount of data. It introduced the working principle of the high-voltage pulse electroporation therapeutic apparatus.In view of the high-voltage and strong interference working environment of the therapeutic apparatus,the actual requirements for the reliable transmission of the upper and lower computer data of the therapeutic instrument control system are analyzed. The hardware implementation scheme,data communication protocol,and data visualization implementation of the upper computer are designed. The communication test results prove that serial communication system designed works stably during large data volume communication,and the data transmission is accurate and reliable in the environment of high-voltage pulse interference to meet the requirements of the high-voltage pulse therapeutic apparatus.
