早期使用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液对基底节区脑梗死患者侧支循环建立、神经功能的影响分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析基底节区脑梗死早期患者使用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗效果,观察其对侧支循环建立以及神经功能的影响。方法 79例非溶栓基底节区脑梗死患者,根据治疗方案不同分为丁苯酞组(35例)及对照组(44例)。所有患者均给予对症支持治疗,丁苯酞组于发病24 h内给予丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗,对两组患者进行影像学检查,观察比较两组侧支循环建立成功情况及神经功能缺损情况。结果丁苯酞组侧支循环建立成功率为74.29%(26/35),对照组侧支循环建立成功率为52.27%(23/44),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.010,P<0.05)。入院时,两组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第2周、第3个月,丁苯酞组患者的NIHSS评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞氯化钠注射液能够提高侧支循环建立率,缓解脑梗死症状,促进神经功能的恢复。 Objective To analyze the effect of early use of butylphthalide sodium chloride injection for patients with basal ganglia cerebral infarction, and observe its effect on establishment of collateral circulation and neurological function. Methods A total of 79 patients with non-thrombolytic basal ganglia infarction were divided by different treatment regimens into butylphthalide group (35 cases) and control group (44 cases). All patients received symptomatic support therapy, and butylphthalide group was given butylphthalide sodium chloride injection within 24 hours of onset. Imaging examination was performed on the two groups. The success rate of collateral circulation and neurological deficit were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Butylphthalide group had success rate of collateral circulation as 74.29% (26/35), which was 52.27% (23/44) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.010, P〈0.05). At admission, both groups had no statistically significant difference in National Institutes of Health Stroke scale (NIHSS) score (P〉0.05). After 2 weeks and 3 months of treatment, butylphthalide group had obviously better NIHSS score than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide sodium chloride injection can improve the establishment rate of collateral circulation, relieve the symptoms of cerebral infarction, and promote the recovery of neurological function.
