对机床行业的发展趋势做准确预测是一件艰难的事情,因为有太多原因会影响机床工业的发展动向,但在商品社会中,个人和企业一般以追求经济利益最大化为基本原则。机床是用来加工零件的,利用某种机床加工某种零件所能获得的最高效益基本反映了机床的能力和优势。提出一种基于单位时间资金利润率为指标的机床评价方法,并依此对机床工业几个可能的发展方向进行初步预测,希望为新型机床的研究开发和机床性能的提升途径提供一种有效的分析思路。

It is difficult to make accurate prediction the development trend of machine tool industry, because there are too many reasons that will affect it. However, in the commodity society, individuals and enterprises generally pursue maximization of economic benefits as the basic principle. The highest benefit that machine tool was used to process will reflects the capability. The unit time capital profit rate used to evaluate the quality of process parameters has been proposed. In this paper, a machine tool evaluation method based on the capital profit rate per unit time is proposed, based on this, several possible development directions of machine tool prediction are proposed, in hopes of providing an effective ideas for future machine tool research and development to enhance the performance of ways.
