摘要
针对重载车辆密集道路容易出现的病害,本文依托武汉市"21号公路"工程项目,借助有限元建模分析软件ANSYS,采用敏感性分析方法,以板底脱空为前提,探究在重型车辆荷载作用下,道路结构的改变对双层连续配筋混凝土路面钢筋受力的影响。研究发现:板边脱空为最不利的脱空位置;双层连续配筋混凝土路面对于抵御较大面积的脱空病害有非常好的效果;上、下层钢筋受力呈现出不同的规律,上层钢筋受压应力作用,其应力大小主要影响因素为土基模量和脱空尺寸,下层钢筋受拉应力作用,其应力大小主要影响因素为基层模量和基层厚度。
In view of diseases that are prone to heavy vehicles with dense roads,the study relied on the project of "21 highway"in Wuhan,used finite element modeling analysis software ANSYS and adopted the method of sensitivity analysis to research the influence of the change of the road structure on the stress of bilayer CRCP under the heavy vehicles load. The results show the edge of the plate is the most disadvantageous position; the bilayer CRCP has a very good effect on the protection of large area slab hollow; the upper and lower layers of the bilayer CRCP have different laws: the upper steel bars are subjected to compressive stress,the main factors affecting the stress are soil modulus and void size; the lower steel bars are subjected to tensile stress,the main factors affecting the stress are the modulus of base and the thickness of base layer.
