重卡半挂系统在虚拟试验场的平顺性仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过参数化建模,对某重卡半挂系统在虚拟试验场(VPG)激励下进行平顺性仿真研究.采用白噪声滤波法模拟不平路面仿真,得到测试车场,建立以四轴重型汽车半挂车列车为例的整车动力学系统模型.通过整车系统常规工况设定,利用MATLAB的ODE15S模块对1/2整车动力学方程进行微分方程求解.结果表明:车体的座椅处加速度值范围为-0.48~0.50m·s^(-2),在0.4,1.8s左右分别达到波谷值和波峰值;整体趋势分布为先下降后上升,在5.5,6.7s左右分别达到波谷值和波峰值,即该系统在0~2s间出现较大的振动响应. The road excitation model was generated by white noise filtering method to simulate the virtual test yard virtual proving ground(VPG)under the uneven road.The whole vehicle dynamic model of the four axle heavy vehicle semi-trailer mechanical system was established,and then the vehicle dynamic equation was established based on the energy method.Through the MATLAB module of ODE15 Sfor the 1/2 vehicle system differential equations was solved to get the specific car seat acceleration range of -0.48 to 0.50 m·s^-2,at 0.4 s and 1.8 speak value.The general trend distribution first decreases and then rises,the valley and peak values of which appear around 5.5 sand 6.7 s.The results show that the system will have a large vibration response between 0-2 s.
