连作花生根腐病镰刀菌分离与对峙培养 被引量:10

摘要 本文利用形态学、ITS分子法和对峙培养法研究花生根腐病病原真菌镰刀菌(Fusarium spp)的种类及黄绿木霉(Trichoderma aureoviride)T1010对其的生防作用。结果表明,对一株花生根腐病病株重点分离、纯化出3种镰刀菌,尖镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)(F1)、茄腐皮镰刀菌(F.solani)(F2、F4)、木贼镰刀菌(F.equiseti)(F6),4株镰刀菌菌株和黄绿木霉T1010单独培养符合"S"生长曲线,T1010生长速度快,4d菌丝长满培养皿,镰刀菌菌株F1、F2、F4、F6生长缓慢,10d后均未长满皿;对峙培养T1010生长符合"S"生长曲线,与单独培养差异不显著,T1010竞争作用抑制镰刀菌生长,F1、F2、F4、F6生长与单独培养差异显著,黄绿木霉T1010通过竞争作用、抑菌作用抑制镰刀菌生长效果显著。 Fusarium spp was isolated from selective culture medium and research was carried out by morphological and ITS molecular methods. Antagonism of Trichoderma aureoviride strain T1010 against Fusarium spp was assessed and its effect was analyzed. Meanwhile interactions between strain T1010 and Fusarium spp was observed. In continuous cropping of peanut area of Shandong,peanut root rot samples were cultured in the laboratory and Fusarium spp were isolated. They were Fusarium oxysporum (F1), F. solani (F2, F4), F. equiseti (F6). Strain T1010 grew quickly and covered whole dish in 4 days, meanwhile strain F1、F2、F4、F6 needed more than 10 days.Antagonistic action of strain T1010 against strain Fusarium was determined by dual culture assay. Strain T1010 competed against F1、F2、F4、F6 in the same dish.The effect of strain T1010 competed and inhibited Fusarium to grow is remarkable.
