摘要 [目的/意义]旨在客观评价我国科学发展水平及发展趋势,为相关部门制订科技发展规划提供参考。[方法/过程]以ESI数据库为数据源,从论文数量、引文影响力、学科布局、学科学术影响力、国际合作角度对比2007—2016年中国与全球高被引论文的产出现状及发展态势。[结果/结论]近年来中国发表高被引论文数量明显增加,全球占比及篇均被引频次均有显著提升;材料科学、工程学和计算机科学学科产出优势相对明显;计算机科学、免疫学和生物学与生物化学学科发展潜力较大;国际合作论文在全球高被引论文中占比稳步增加。 [Purpose/significance] The paper is to objectively evaluate the development level and trend of science and technology in China, in order to provide reference for relative department to formulate science and technology development plan. [Method/process] The paper takes ESI database as data source, compares the output situation and development trend of China's and global high cited papers from 2007 to 2016 from angles of papers' quantity, citation impact, subjects layout, subjects' academic influence, and international cooperation. [Result/conclusion] Nowadays, the number of high cited papers published in China has increased significantly,its proportion in the world and the average quoting frequency both have promoted obviously; the papers' outputs in the subjects of material science, engineering science and computer science have more strengths; the development of computer science, immunology, biology and biochemistry have great potential; the rate of China's international cooperation papers in global high cited papers are increasing steadily.
