四二五合方治疗肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症患者的临床疗效

Clinical effects of 425 prescriptions in treatment of infertility caused by ovulation disorder due to kidney deficiency

目的:观察四二五合方治疗肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症患者的临床疗效。方法:选取120例肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症患者,随机分成对照组60例和治疗组60例。对照组选用克罗米芬治疗,治疗组选用四二五合方治疗。比较两组治疗疗效,两组均随访3个月。结果:治疗组排卵日与黄体中期(排卵日+9日)测量的子宫内膜厚度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组排卵日≥15 mm的卵泡个数、排卵率、妊娠率都明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四二五合方治疗肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症患者的临床疗效优于克罗米芬。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of 425 prescriptions in treatment of infertility caused by ovulation disorder due to kidney deficiency. Methods： 120 cases with infertility caused by ovulation disorder due to kidney deficiency were selected and randomly divided into control group（ 60 cases） and treatment group（ 60 cases）. The control group was treated with Clomifene,while the treatment group was given the 425 prescriptions. The two groups were followed up for 3 months. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The endometrial thicknesses at ovulation day and midluteal phase（ ovulation day ＋ 9 d） of the treatment group were significantly thicker than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The number of ovarian follicles（ ≥15 mm）,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions： 425 prescriptions in the treatment of infertility caused by ovulation disorder due to kidney deficiency are more effective than Clomifene.
