摘要
目的:研究全自动生化仪检测高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)血症大鼠血浆Hcy及叶酸浓度,为临床诊断高Hcy血症提供有效依据。方法:选用健康断乳Wistar大鼠24只,进行1周的适应性喂养后依据随机数表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组12只。研究组大鼠食用AIN-93饲料,含1.7%L-蛋氨酸;对照组大鼠食用AIN-93G配方饲料。采用贝克曼AU-680型全自动生化仪对两组大鼠的血浆Hcy及叶酸浓度进行测定,统计分析两组大鼠的血浆Hcy及叶酸浓度。结果:研究组大鼠的血浆Hcy浓度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.303,P<0.05),但两组大鼠的血浆叶酸浓度之间差异不显著,无统计学意义(t=1.886,P>0.05)。结论:全自动生化仪检测大鼠血浆Hcy浓度提升,叶酸浓度提升不显著,临床可依据血浆Hcy浓度对高Hcy血症进行诊断。
Objective: To study the detection of automatic biochemical analyzer for the concentrations of plasma homocysteine(Hcy) and folic acid of rats with hyperhomocysteinemia so as to provide effective evidence for clinical diagnosis of hyperhomocysteinemia. Methods: 24 health weaned Wistar rats who were selected in this research and were divided into research group(n=12) and control group(n=12) as random number table after adaptative feed was implemented 1 week. The rats of research group were fed fodder of AIN-93 which contained 1.7% L-methionine and the rats of control group were fed formula fodder of AIN-93 G. The automatic biochemical analyzer of Backman AU-680 was adopted to detect the concentrations of plasma Hcy and folic acid of rats of two groups, and then their concentrations were further analyzed as statistical method. Results: The concentration of plasma Hcy of research group was significantly higher than that of control group(t=4.303, P〈0.05), but the difference of the concentration of plasma folic acid between the two groups was no significant(t=1.886, P〉0.05). Conclusion: The concentration of plasma Hcy of rats with hyperhomocysteinemia who were detected by using automatic biochemical analyzer is higher, while the increasing of folic acid concentration is not significant. Therefore, plasma Hcy concentration can be used to diagnose hyperhomocysteinemia in clinical practice.
