摘要
在啤酒生产的过程中,过滤是其非常关键的环节,有助于提高生产产品的质量,同时对于啤酒的品质、口感等方面有着重要的影响。对于微膜过滤法的运用,能够实现对啤酒进行消毒杀菌处理,使得整体生产工艺系统更加流畅与高效,并保证生产的卫生,实现无菌鲜啤酒的最终生产过程。将从微膜过滤法的相关概述开始分析,探究无菌鲜啤酒膜过滤生产的工艺流程设计与管理,最后提出相应的发展措施。
Filtration is a key step in beer production which facilitates the improvement of beer quality and has an important influence on the quality and taste of beer at the same time. The application of microfiltration realizes the sterilization of beer which makes the overall process smoother and more efficient and ensures the hygiene of the production to achieve the final production of aseptic draught beer. This article begins with the relevant overview of microfiltration, investigates the design and management of aseptic draught beer production, and finally puts forward the corresponding development measures.
