摘要
提高医务人员积极性是当前医改的重要课题,也是影响医改能否成功的重要因素。任何个体的职业发展都会出现"职业高原"现象,医务人员的"职业高原"现象显得更加明显。本文通过分析医院的职业高原现象及成因,就如何做好医院人才建设进行理论和实践的探索。

Career plateau might appear in the occupational development for evel7 individual. Under the current medical reform, the phenomenon of career plateau is more common in medical staff.
