摘要 目前我国船舶尾气的计量检测技术处于起步阶段,计量结果的准确性与可靠性难以得到有效保证。简要介绍了三种不同环境下的船舶尾气检测方法。针对尾气浓度和流量两项计量性能指标,提出了相应的量值传递与溯源路线。阐述了尾气预处理流程、尾气分析原理和标准尾气的配制方法。基于以上计量检测技术与理论方法,形成了船舶尾气硬件检测装置与软件处理系统的平台设计方案。结合船舶运行特点,开展了CO、NOx、HC等尾气成分的实船排放测试,分析了船舶工况变化与尾气排放浓度之间的相关性,以期为船舶尾气计量检测系统开发与应用提供有利条件。 Nowadays,the study of ship exhaust metrology is still at the beginning stage in our country,and the precision and accuracy are not ensured.Three applicative measurement methods for ship exhaust detection were described briefly.According to the two metrological specifications of the concentration and the flux,the relevant traceability route was put forward.The exhaust preprocessing and analysis principle were introduced briefly as well as the standard gas preparation.Based on the technology of measurement and theory method above,the hardware devices design and the processing software in the detecting system were proposed.Combined with the motion characteristics of ships,a testing of the harmful emissions on board was carried out,including carbon monoxide(CO),hydrocarbons(HC),nitrogen oxides(NOx),and so on.In order to provide better support for the developments and applications of the ship exhaust metrology testing system,the relationship between ship condition change and concentration of emission was also studied thoroughly.
