Dynamic calculation on technical-economic index of coal-fired power generation unit based on industrial big data

摘要 针对煤电机组热力试验指标难以真实反映机组日常连续运行实际性能指标的问题,建立了一套基于电厂生产过程工业大数据的煤电机组技术经济指标动态计算(ETIC)模型和应用软件。利用燃煤机组生产实时系统海量运行数据和生产日报系统分析化验数据,通过"反平衡"动态计算锅炉、汽轮机和厂用电等子系统性能指标,以及机组运行效率、标准煤耗率等机组综合性能指标。将软件应用于某电厂1 000 MW等级超超临界煤电机组,计算结果表明机组长周期运行实际发、供电标煤耗平均值分别为273. 4 g/(k W·h)和287. 5 g/(k W·h);软件计算的标准煤耗率与电厂"正平衡"生产统计结果之间的相对偏差仅为0. 52%;随着机组负荷率的提高,发、供电标准煤耗率均下降。应用结果表明,ETIC软件在实际工程中能够实现机组技术经济指标的长周期动态计算,"反平衡"对"正平衡"的校核,以及实际性能指标到设计条件的动态修正。 Focused on the issue that the thermal test index can not truly reflect the real performance index during daily continuous operation of coal-fired power generation units, a model and a software of Economical and Technical Index Calculating (ETIC) based on industrial big data for thermal power units was developed. Operational big data from operation real-time system and chemical tests data fl'om production daily report system wel"e utilized, and subsystem performance indexes of boiler, steam turbine, electric system and integrated performance indexes of unit operation efficiency and standard coal consumption rate were calculated with "counter balancing" method. ETIC was applied in calculating of a 1000 MW-scale coalfired power generation unit, the results show that, standard coal consumption rates of power generation and power supply are 273.4 g/( kW· h) and 287.5 g/( kW · h), respectively. The standard coal consumption rates between ETIC calculation results and the power plant' s production statistical results have a quite low relative deviation of 0.52%. The standard coal consumption rates decrease with the increase of unit load rate. Application results show that, ETIC software can realize long period dynamic calculation of technical-economic index, verification of "positive balance" by " counter balance", and dynamical correction of real operational performance index to design conditions.
