双子型结构加脂剂的合成研究

The Study on Synthesis of Gemini Structure Fatliquor

以12-羟基硬脂酸乙二醇双酯(EGDS)为起始原料,通过马来酸酐单酯化反应和亚硫酸钠磺化反应制备双子型结构加脂剂(EGDS-SCF)。通过考察反应温度、反应物摩尔比及反应时间等主要因素的影响,最终确定最佳反应条件:第一步单酯化反应,反应温度90℃,反应时间3.0 h,EGDS中羟基与马来酸酐的摩尔比为1:1.05;第二步磺化反应,反应温度80℃,反应时间3.0 h,马来酸酐与无水亚硫酸钠的摩尔比为1:1.05;在优化条件下目标产物产率可达95%以上。

With the preparation of EGDS as starting material,through maleic anhydride esterification reaction and sulfonation reaction to get EGDS-SCF Gemini structure fatliquor.The effect of material mole ratio、reaction temperature、reaction time and other major factors on esterification and sulfonation reaction were studied.The better reaction conditions were determined as follows： The molar ratio of content with hydroxyl in EGDS to maleic anhydride is 1：1.05,the temperature of reaction at 90 ℃,the time of reaction are 3.0 h in the esterification reaction;the molar ratio of maleic anhydride to anhydrous sodium sulfite is 1：1.05,the temperature of reaction at 80 ℃ is necessary,the time of 3.0 h in the sulfonation reaction.Under the above conditions,the yield of the product can reach over 95%.
