剖宫产后放置宫内节育器的临床体会

Clinical Experience of Intrauterine Device After Cesarean Section

目的分析剖宫产后放置宫内节育器的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年7月在我院行剖宫产术的256例产妇按照随机抽签法分为实验组(128例,行剖宫产术后放置吉妮环)和对照组(128例,行剖宫产术后放置普通T型节育环),对比两组意外妊娠率。结果实验组产妇产后3个月(0%)、6个月(0.8%)、12个月(2.3%)意外妊娠率均低于对照组5.5%、9.4%、13.3%。结论剖宫产后放置吉妮环可有效减少产妇产后意外妊娠的发生,避孕效果良好。

Objective To analyze the clinical efect of intrauterine device after cesarean section. Methods 256 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were divided into the experimental group （128 cases, Ji Ni Huan after cesarean section） and the control group （128 cases were placed after cesarean section, and the normal T type contraceptive ring was placed after cesarean section）. The incidence of accidental pregnancy was compared between the two groups. Results The rate of unexpected pregnancy at 3 months （0%）, 6 months （0.8%） and 12 months （2.3%） in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （5.5%, 9.4% and 13.3%）. Conclusion Placing Ji Ni Huan after cesarean section can effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum unexpected pregnancy, and the efect of contraception is good.
