摘要
元素级CVDZnS由于具有良好的光学性能和力学性能,是目前实用的中长波红外窗口材料。通过对元素级的ZnS进行热等静压工艺处理,对处理前后的ZnS进行了扫描电镜显微结构分析、透过率分析和弯曲强度的分析。研究表明,热等静压处理使得ZnS的晶粒有所长大,提高了光学性能,特别是可见光、1.06,m及近红外波段透过率有了明显提高,但材料的弯曲强度有所下降。
As a kind of medium and long wave infrared optical material,CVD ZnS has good optical and mechanical properties and is an important infrared window material. Microscopic structures,optical properties and bending strength of element ZnS before and after heat isostatic were measured and investigated. Experiments show that the size of grains obviously increased,the transmittance of ZnS can be improved dramatically after HIP processing,but the bending strength of the material is decreased.
