摘要
随着互联网技术的发展,电子商务逐渐发展成为我们生活的一部分。大量数据表明培养顾客对电商企业的忠诚度,进而扩大顾客数量和提高复购率已成为电商企业发展的关键。本文分析电商企业提高客户忠诚度存在的问题,给电商企业提出了相关建议,希望电商企业通过提高顾客忠诚度获得更大的发展。
With the development of Internet technology, e-commerce has gradually developed into a part of our life. A large number ofdata show that the key to the development of e-commerce enterprises is to cultivate customers' loyalty to e-commerce enterprises, so as toexpand the number of customers and improve the repurchase rate. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the improvement of customerloyalty in e-commerce enterprises and puts forward relevant suggestions for e-commerce enterprises. It is hoped that e-commerceenterprises can achieve greater development by improving customer loyalty.
