摘要
目的:研究慢性HBV感染者外周血CXCR5^+CD_8^+T细胞亚群的特点,探讨CXCR5^+CD_8^+T细胞在慢性HBV感染进程中的作用。方法:收集76例慢性HBV感染者,分四组,其中肝功能正常高病毒载量组8例、肝功能异常高病毒载量组26例、肝功能正常低病毒载量组26例、肝功能异常低病毒载量组16例。另收集健康对照组21例。检测各项指标,统计并分析数据。结果:慢性HBV感染组外周血CXCR5^+CD_8^+T细胞水平(2.24±0.66)高于健康对照组(0.41±0.12);肝功能正常感染组外周血CXCR5^+CD_8^+T细胞水平(2.77±0.45)高于肝功能异常感染组(1.82±0.48);低病毒载量组外周血CXCR5^+CD_8^+T细胞水平(2.75±0.39)高于高病毒载量组(1.62±0.31),且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CXCR5^+CD_8^+T细胞在慢性HBV感染进程中起抗病毒作用,进一步深入研究CXCR5^+CD_8^+T细胞的相关特点,可为治疗慢性HBV感染提供新方法。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of CXCR5~+CD8~+T cell subsets in peripheral blood of patients with chronic HBV infection and to explore the role of CXCR5~+CD8~+T cells in the process of chronic HBV infection. Method 76 patients with chronic HBV infection were collected and divided into 4 groups. Among them,8 cases were normal liver function with high viral load group,26 cases were abnormal liver function with high viral load group,26 cases were normal liver function with low virus load group and 16 cases were abnormal liver function with low virus load group. In addition,21 healthy controls were collected. To detect the indicators,statistics and analysis of data. Results The levels of CXCR5~+CD8~+T cells in peripheral blood of patients with chronic HBV infection( 2. 24 ± 0. 66) were significantly higher than those of healthy controls( 0. 41 ± 0. 12),the levels of CXCR5~+CD8~+T cells in peripheral blood of patients with normal liver function( 2. 77 ± 0. 45) were higher than those of patients with abnormal liver function( 1. 82 ± 0. 48),the level of CXCR5~+CD8~+T cells in peripheral blood of low virus load group( 2. 75 ± 0. 39) was higher than that of high virus load group( 1. 62 ± 0. 31),and the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion CXCR5~+CD8~+T cells play an antiviral role in the progression of chronic HBV infection,further study of the related features of CXCR5~+CD8~+T cells may provide a new method for the treatment of chronic HBV infection.
