防插播错播技术在中短波发射中的应用

摘要 错播和插播事故在广播安全播出中时有发生,但现行的广播监测系统对播出内容错播和插播并没有有效的监测手段,从而造成了技术和管理上的漏洞,存在很大安全播出隐患。因此,对无线广播发射台播出节目内容安全进行全面监测刻不容缓,本文介绍了当前广播内容监测语音识别、数字水印等几种技术,分析了优、劣势,最后提出了非常适合中短波发射内容监测的音频比对中复合音频DNA技术。 Error- broadcast and anti -insertion events have occurred in the broadcast safety, but the current broadcast monitoring system of broadcast content error - broadcast and anti - insertion has not effective monitoring means, resulting in the technology and the loopholes in management, there is a big air safety hidden trouble o Therefore,the wireless radio transmitting broadcast content security is of groat urgency to conduct a comprehensive monitoring, this paper introduces the current broadcast content monitoring several technology such as speech recognition and digital watermarking, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, finally put forward the very suitable for medium short wave emission content monitoring audio than composite audio DNAtechnology.
