清原县农机移动检测装备运行现状与问题探讨

Discussion on Operation Situation and Problems of Agricultural Machinery Mobile Testing Equipment in Qingyuan County

随着清原县农机保有量的快速增长和机型的逐年增多,传统的耳听、眼看、手摸、脚踹人工检验方式很难适应新要求。引进山东科技大学生产的移动检测设备并进行性能测试,解决监理部门没有设备支撑农机安全性能检测难题。针对装备运行中存在的问题,提出加强技术培训、建立定期维护更新机制、争取财政支持等政策措施。

With the rapid growth of agricultural machinery holdings in Qingyuan county and the increase of agricultural machinery models year by year, it is difficult to adapt to the new requirements for the traditional methods of artificial inspection such as ear hearing, eye seeing, hand touching and foot kicking. Mobile testing equipment produced by Shandong University of Science and Technology was introduced and performance testing was conducted to solve the problem that the supervision department does not have equipment to support the safety testing of agricultural machinery. In view of the problems existing in equipment operation, the paper put forward some policy measures such as strengthening technical training, establishing regular maintenance and renewal mechanism and obtaining financial support.
