动机性访谈结合康复训练对首次住院职场抑郁症患者行为改变的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察动机性访谈结合康复训练对首次住院的职场抑郁症患者行为改变的影响。方法将60例首次住院就诊的抑郁症患者随机分为对照组与干预组,两组患者均给予抗抑郁药物治疗。对照组指导参加一般的工娱活动和健康教育,干预组每周进行2次动机性访谈,根据访谈结果共同制定行为改变的计划,在实施过程中提供相应的康复训练。干预前后采用简易应对方式问卷、自我效能感量表、社会功能缺陷量表对两组患者进行测评。结果 2周后,干预组自我效能评分高于对照组,社会功能缺陷评分低于对照组,应对方式中积极应对维度评分优于对照组,应对方式中消极应对维度评分低于对照组,两组之间均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。4周后两组之间的差异更大,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论动机性访谈对促进首次住院抑郁症患者行为改变有积极的作用。 Objective To observe the effect of motivational interviewing and rehabilitation training on the behavioral changes of patients with workplace depression during their first hospitalization. Methods The 60 patients with workplace depression got treatment for the first time were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,and both the two groups were given antidepressant treatment. The control group was instructed to participate in the normal work activities and healthy education. The intervention group conducted motivational interviews twice each week. According to the interview results,the plan of behavioral change was formulated,and corresponding rehabilitation training was provided during the implementation process. Two groups of patients were evaluated with simple coping style questionnaire,self-efficacy scale and social disability scale before and after intervention. Results Two weeks later,the intervention group had a higher self-efficacy score than the control group,the social dysfunction score was lower than the control group,and the score of positive response dimension of the coping method in intervention group was higher that of the control group,on the other hand,the score of passive-aggressive response dimension of the coping method in intervention group was lower that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The difference between the two groups was greater after four weeks, with statistically significant differences( P〈0. 05). Conclusions Motivational interviewing has a positive effect on promoting behavioral change of patients with workplace depression during their first hospitalization.
