摘要
研制了一种基于压电式喷头的冰模快速成型实验系统,包括运动系统、喷射系统、低温系统以及控制系统,龙门机构置于低温成型室上方,喷头通过铝管深入低温成型室,采用MACH3运动控制卡和压力供液方式,设计了喷头保温装置。进行了压电式喷头微滴喷射仿真与冰模快速成型实验研究,掌握了微滴喷射规律,制作了冰线、冰面和复杂形状冰模,验证了实验系统的可靠性以及冰模制作能力。
A kind of ice mold rapid prototyping experimental system based on piezoelectric nozzle was researched and developed, including motor system, injection system, cryogenic system and control system, the gantry structure was located above the cryogenic molding chamber, the nozzle enters the cryogenic molding chamber through the aluminum tube. The thermal insulation device of sprinkler head was designed by using MACH3 motion control card and pressure liquid supply, The simulation of piezoelectric sprinkler micro drop jet and the experiment of ice mould rapid prototyping were carried out. The micro-droplet injection pattern was mastered, ice line, ice surface and complex shape ice mold were made, and the reliability of the experimental system and the ice mold making ability were verified.
