辽宁省生态农业企业调查研究

The Eco-agricultural Enterprises in Liaoning Province and Their Sustainable Development

中国地域广袤、人口众多,生态农业在保障国家粮食与食品安全、解决人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾及推进农业供给侧结构性改革等方面将发挥重要作用。而生态农业企业是发展生态农业的主力军之一。以辽宁省生态农业企业为研究对象,通过实地调研数据分析辽宁省生态农业企业概况、运营情况、运营人员和环境保护意识等情况,并利用调研数据使用SWOT分析方法,对辽宁省生态农业企业优势与机遇、劣势与挑战方面进行分析研究。研究发现,目前辽宁省生态农业企业主要拥有生产技能独特、沟通应变能力强、宏观政策条件良好、市场需求强劲和自然及民俗资源丰富等方面的内外部优势与机遇,也存在规模较小、盈利水平不高、高素质从业人员匮乏、季节性与周期性限制、供需关系不对称和将面临强大竞争对手等问题。针对辽宁省生态农业企业发展中存在的问题,结合目前辽宁省的农业生产发展现状,采用生态农业+模式,实现融合发展;强化企业管理,提升自身竞争力;重视企业社会责任,赢得发展契机,以期为辽宁省生态农业企业长期、健康和可持续发展提供参考。

China has a vast territory and a large population. Ecological agriculture plays at present and will still playin future an important irreplaceable role in the solution of such problems as the quantity, quality and safety of foodand the sustainable productivity of food facing China. Based on the data collected in a field investigation, the statusquo of ecological agricultural enterprises in Liaoning Province is analyzed in the aspects of corporate profile,operations, operators, and environmental protection awareness. Also, the SWOT method is used to comprehensivelyanalyze the strengths and opportunities, and the disadvantages and challenges the enterprises have and areconfronted with in development. Result shows that the ecological agricultural enterprises in Liaoning province haveboth advantages such as production skill, natural resources, etc. and disadvantages such as seasonal and cyclicalfluctuations, asymmetric supply and demand information, lack of professional advantages and weak brand influence.In view of the problems existing in the Liaoning ecological agricultural enterprises and the current situation of theLiaoning agricultural production, it is put forward that such enterprises should pay much attention their socialresponsibility to seize the opportunities of development, adopt the development mode of ＂ecological agriculture＂ ＋ toachieve integrated development, and strengthen enterprise management to promote enterprise competitiveness, inhope of providing reference for the long-term, healthy and sustainable development of the eco-agriculturalenterprises in Liaoning Province.
