摘要
目的分析耳穴压豆联合网络信息化回访连续性干预在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取江西省湖口县人民医院2015年6月~2017年9月住院治疗的193例糖尿病患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(96例)和实验组(97例)。对照组给予常规护理,在此基础上,实验组则给予耳穴压豆+网络信息化回访连续性干预,比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,实验组饮食自我管理总依从率(96.91%)高于对照组(81.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组血糖水平改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合网络信息化回访连续性干预的应用效果显著,可有效提高糖尿病患者的饮食自我管理依从性,而维持理想血糖水平,其预后良好。
Objective To analyze the application effect of consecutive interventions of acupuncture and pressing net- work in the treatment of patients with diabetes. Methods A total of 193 patients with diabetes who were hospitalized during the period from June 2015 to September 2017 in Hukou County People's Hospital, Jiangxi Province were ob- served. They were divided into control group (96 cases) and experimental group (97 cases) by random number table method,, the control group was given routine care. On this basis, the experimental group was given a continuous inter- vention of auricular pressure bean+network information interview, and was compared the effect of the two groups of care. Results Afier nursing, the total compliance rate of dietary self-management compliance (96.91%) was higher in the experimental group than in the control group (81.25%), the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The im- provement of blood glucose level in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, there was statisti- cal significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of continuous intervention of ear acupuncture and pressing net- work informatization visits has significant effect. It can effectively improve the dietetic self-management compliance of diabetic patients and maintain ideal blood glucose level. The prognosis is good.
