摘要
山西省采煤和煤层气的抽取量居全国前列,采煤产生的矿井水和煤层气抽取产生的外排水,造成了水资源极大的浪费和水生态环境的污染。本文通过对煤矿开采矿井水和煤层气抽取排水的水量水质现状的分析,发现其排水回用及处理方面存在的问题,提出了采煤矿井水用于矿井本身、矿井外企业、农业、生态和生活用水减少抽取煤层气排水以免造成污染的对策。此研究具有典型示范推广作用,对严格实施水资源管理制度,推动水生态文明建设具有积极意义。
Amount of coal mining and CBM extraction in Shanxi rank top level in the country. Mine water from coal mining and drainage from CBM extraction cause great waste of water resources and pollution of water ecological environment. Problems in drainage reuse and treatment are discovered according to analysis on the status quo of water quantity and water quality of coal mine and CBM drainage in the paper. Countermeasures of using coal mine drainage for mine drainage itself, enterprise outside mine, agriculture, ecology and living water are proposed. CBM drainage is reduced to avoid pollution. The study has typical demonstration and extension function, which is of positive significance to strictly implement the water resource management system and promote construction of water ecology civilization.
