浸泡55天全身体表尸蜡形成原因的探讨

Degree-various Adipocere Forming on the Whole Body from Reservoir-soaking for 55 Days

尸蜡的形成受死者自身情况和尸体所在环境的气温、水温、湿度、水体的含盐量、含氧量、酸碱度、水中的细菌以及藻类等多方面因素的影响,当条件具备时短期内也能形成全身体表尸蜡。本文对水库中浸泡55天形成全身体表不同程度尸蜡的案例进行报道,并对全身体表尸蜡的形成原因进行探讨,为今后研究水中尸蜡形成时间和法医实践中根据尸蜡推断死亡时间提供参考。

The formation of adipocere is infiuenced by the personal status of the dead and various environmental factors that the body suffered, such as air/water temperature, humidity, salt/oxygen content, pH value of the water, and the involving bacteria/algae. Adipocere covering the whole body can form even in a short time when the conditions have been met. This paper reported a case of degree-various adipocere formed on the whole body soaking for 55 days in reservoir and discussed the reason about forming adipocere on the whole body. References may herewith be provided for judging the formation time of adipocere in water and estimating the postmortem interval in related forensic practice.
