摘要
目的:对国外人工智能专家系统的研究主题与研究者合作能力进行可视化分析,以期为学者开展医学领域专家系统相关研究提供借鉴和参考。方法:通过检索PubM ed数据库,纳入国外专家系统相关研究,采用书目共现分析系统(BICOMS-2)分析软件对主要信息进行提取和整理,并对高频作者和主题词生成共现矩阵,利用NetD raw绘制网络关系图,利用gC LUTO进行聚类分析。结果:共纳入3 254篇文献,42个国家参与了专家系统外文研究的发表,主要集中在欧洲和北美洲,刊载相关研究的1 031种期刊载文量存在明显差异,作者之间存在一定的联系,但合作不够紧密,聚类分析发现研究主题主要有3个。结论:国外专家系统研究的作者和国家存在不平衡性,作者之间的交流需进一步增加,国家之间的合作需进一步加强。研究的主题较局限,仍需进一步拓展。
Objective :To analyze the current research status of research topic and the researcher cooperation ability of expert systems in foreign medical field, so as to provide reference for expert system researchers to carry out relevant research in medical field. Methods : Foreign researches on expert systems were included by searching PubMed. BICOMS-2 software was adopted to extract the main information and produce matrix. The figure of network was produced by NetDraw, and cluster analysis was performed by gCLUTO. Results : A total of 3 254 studies of expert systems were included. 42 countries participated in publishing the expert system studies of foreign language, mainly concentrated in Europe and North America. The number of related researches published in the 1 031 related journals was imbalance. There was a certain relationship between the authors, but cooperation was not quite close. There were three main research topics. Conclusion:There are imbalance in the number authors and countries participated in expert system studies. The cooperation between the authors and between the countries need to be further strengthened. The subject of the studies is limited and needs further expansion.
