摘要
大数据技术和产业是未来国家竞争的焦点之一。本文系统梳理了美国政府发展大数据技术及其应用的经验,重点介绍了美国政府如何推动大数据在公共服务和民生领域的应用,并提出了我国发展大数据技术和应用领域的政策建议。
Big data technology and industry are one of the focuses of future national competition. This paper systematically introduces the US government＇s policies and experience in developing big data technologies and their applications, and focuses on the US government＇s application of big data in public services and people＇s livelihood, and puts forward policy recommendations for the development of big data technology and application in China.
