摘要
为将某磁铁矿杂质锌、硫、硅有效脱除,提高精矿质量,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上对其进行了详细的选矿试验研究。结果表明在-0.074mm含量占75%的磨矿细度下以硫化钠作调整剂、丁基黄药作捕收剂、2~#油作起泡剂浮选锌、硫矿物,浮选尾矿采用氢氧化钠作调整剂、苛性淀粉作抑制剂、氯化钙作活化剂、CY-12作捕收剂浮选石英等脉石矿物,获得了含铁62.79%、铁回收率95.43%的铁精矿,精矿中杂质锌含量为0.14%、硫含量为0.08%,二氧化硅含量为4.48%,达到了铁精矿C62级Ⅰ类品质量标准,实现了磁铁矿的有效回收和精矿质量的提高。
To remove the impurities like zinc,sulfur and silicon in a certain magnetite ore,and to improve the concentrate quality,a detailed beneficiation test study is carried out based on the process mineralogy study.The results show that when the content of -0.074 mm grinding fineness occupies 75%,using sodium sulfide as a regulator,butyl xanthate as a collector,and 2~# oil as a foaming agent to carry out flotation of zinc and sulfur minerals,and using sodium hydroxide as a regulator,caustic starch as an inhibitor,chlorination Calcium as activator,and CY-12 as collector for tailing flotation to carry out floatation for quartz and other gangue minerals,it can achieve concentrate with Fe grade 62.79% and iron recovery rate 95.43%.In the concentrate,for the impurities,the zinc content is 0.14%,sulfur content is 0.08%,and SiO_2 content is 4.48%,it can reach quality standards of Ⅰ-level product in C62 Class of concentrate.It meets the target of effective recovering of magnate and quality improvement of concentrate.
