摘要
制造过程的故障诊断是制造工艺归零活动的1个重要环节。传统的制造故障分析方法主要依赖个人经验,容易在分析过程中造成遗漏,给制造过程的归零带来困难。基于故障树分析方法,系统地梳理了制造过程的故障模式知识,并建立了面向制造过程故障诊断的知识库系统,便于工艺人员对复杂产品的制造工艺过程进行故障分析,以提高归零处理的准确性和效率。
Failure analysis is one of the important part of manufacturing process. The traditional fault analysis method based on technologist's experience is greatly reduced for the closed loop control of manufacturing process.Based on fault tree analysis method,this article systematically combed the manufacturing process knowledge of fault modes. And set up the analysis-based system for the diagnosis of manufacturing process. The system can help the technologist improve the efficiency and accuracy on closed loop control of complex products by analyzing the manufacturing process.
