经皮附睾/睾丸穿刺取精结合卵母细胞单精子注射治疗严重男性因素不育

The Study of MESA/TESE with ICSI in Severe Male Infertility

目的 :评价经皮附睾 /睾丸穿刺取精 (microsurgicalepididymalspermaspiration ,MESA/testicularspermextrac tion ,TESE)结合卵母细胞单精子注射 (intracytoplasmicsperminjection ,ICSI)治疗严重男性因素不育的临床效果。方法 :采用MESA/TESE结合ICSI技术治疗严重男性因素不育的夫妻 ,长方案超排卵 ,对处于细胞分裂中期(MetaphaseⅡ ,MⅡ)的成熟卵母细胞进行单精子注射。结果 :共注射了 12 1个MⅡ 期卵母细胞 ,其中 71个正常受精 ,正常受精率为 5 8.7% ,临床妊娠率为 33.3 % ,已分娩了 2个婴儿。结论 :MESA/RESE结合ICSI技术为治疗严重男性因素不育患者提供了一种快速、方便、无痛。

Objective: To examine the therapeutic efficacy of MESA/TESE with ICSI for severe male infertility. Methods: Fifteen couples were performed ICS I using MESA/TESE to obtain sperm. Ovarian stimulation was achieved by long protocol. All oocytes contained M Ⅱ were injected. Clinical endpoints were assessed. Results: 121 M Ⅱ oocytes were injected and 71 of them showed a normal fertilization. Five wives had clinical pregnancy (33.3%) and 2 live newborns were obtained. Conclusion: MESA/TESE with ICSI has provided with a rapid, convenient, painless, and effective treatment for severe male infertility.
