摘要
采用乳液聚合的方法制备了不同核壳比的甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(MBS)核壳橡胶粒子。引入双酚A型的环氧树脂(DGEBA)作为增容剂,将其用于PA6/有机化蒙脱土(PA6/OMMT)纳米复合体系进行增韧。将得到的纳米复合材料通过透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和力学性能测试进行分析,结果表明,在PA6/MMT/DGEBA/MBS体系中,核壳橡胶粒子的壳层厚度影响着橡胶相在基体中的分散和复合体系的韧性。
Methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymers (MBS) with different cox-shell ratios were prepared by emulsion polymerization. Then bisphenol an epoxy resin (DGEBA) was used as a compatibilizer. The coreshell structure rubber particles and OMMT were used to toughen and strengthen the nylon 6/organic montmorillonite (PA6/ OMMT) nanocomposite system. The obtained nanoeomposites were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transnfission electron microscopy (TEM). The resuhs showed that in the PA6/MMT/ MBS system, the shell thickness affected the dispersion of the rubber phase in the matrix and the toughness of the composite system.
