泰国新生代华人族群认同问题初探

Some Observations and Considerations on the Identity of New Generation of Overseas Chinese in Thailand

东南亚是世界上华人最为集中的地区,而泰国又是该地区华侨华人数量最多的国家之一,学界对泰国华侨华人问题的关注度甚高。本文拟介绍笔者对泰国的新生代华人在中国实行改革开放、经济获得高速发展以及中泰关系不断加强的大背景下,对祖籍国中国的认识及其族群认同观念方面的问题所做的观察,以及对这些问题的初步思考和看法。

Southeast Asia is the most concentrated region in world of overseas Chinese,and Thailand is one of the countries in the region with the largest number of overseas Chinese. Scholars pay a very high attention on overseas Chinese in Thailand. This article tries to present some observations and reflections on ethnic identity and their attitudes vis-à-vis to China from the perspectives of new generation of overseas Chinese in Thailand,under the background of rapid economic development since reform and opening up in China and the strengthened Sino-Thai relationship.
