摘要
用钛酸丁酯作前驱物 ,N-甲基吡咯烷酮 (NMP)作溶剂 ,冰乙酸为稳定剂 ,通过溶胶 -凝胶法制得了Ti O2 溶胶。通过加水方式 ,加水量 ,溶剂量 ,p H值和温度等因素对 Ti O2 溶胶 -凝胶过程影响的实验。得出了在 NMP中制备稳定 Ti O2 溶胶的最佳条件。结果表明 ,室温下 ,当 NMP与钛酸丁酯的体积比为 2~ 3 ;V(水 ) /V(钛酸丁酯 )为 3~ 4;p H值为 2~ 4时所得 Ti O2 溶胶稳定 ,透明性好。
TiO 2 sol was prepared in NMP by a sol gel method using tetrabutyl titanate(TBT) as a precursor and acetic acid as a stabilizer. The effects of reaction conditions e.g. the way of adding water, mole ratio of water to TBT, volume ratio of NMP to TBT, pH value and temperature on the sol gel process have been investigated. The results showed that at room temperature when the mole ratio of water to TBT was 3~4, the volume ratio of NMP to TBT was 2~3 and the value of pH was 2~4 a stable and transparent TiO 2 sol could be obtained.
