摘要
为了进一步改善耕种机的播深控制和排种精度,提高耕种机的设计效率,提出了一种基于数值仿真模拟的耕种机播种精度优化设计方法,建立了播种机的虚拟样机模型,并对播种参数的优化效果进行了仿真计算分析。利用三维绘图软件UG设计了排种器的零部件,建立了装配模型,设计了精密播种机的虚拟样机模型;采用ADAMS软件对排种器排种精度和播种机虚拟样机的播深合格率进行了动力学仿真。通过数值仿真模拟计算,得到了精密播种机播深随时间的变化曲线,以及ADAMS参数优化前后排种精度和播深合格率的结果。通过结果的对比分析发现:优化后的排种器排种精度有了明显的改善,且变异系数小;虚拟样机的播深合格率有了明显的提高,并且播深控制的稳定性较好,播深的控制精度较高,为播种机的优化设计提供了技术参考。
In order to further improve the farming machine sowing depth control and metering accuracy,improve the design efficiency of farming machine,put forward a kind of optimization design method of machine for tilling seeding accuracy numerical simulation based on the virtual prototype model,established the seeder,and the optimization effect on seeding parameters calculated simulation. The seeding machine parts design using three- dimensional drawing software UG,assembly model is established,the design of the virtual prototype model of precision seeder,the metering device for precision seeding machine virtual prototype and the qualified rate of the sowing depth of dynamic simulation is carried out using ADAMS software. Through the numerical simulation calculation,the precise sowing machine get deep variation curves,obtained ADAMS parameters before and after optimization,the metering accuracy and sowing depth qualified rate results. The results found,sowing precision after optimization is improved obviously,and the coefficient of variation is small,the virtual prototype of the sowing depth pass rate has been significantly improved,and the sowing depth control of good stability,high control precision sowing depth,provide technical reference for optimization design of seeder the.
