摘要
素质教育与情商发展具有内在的统一性,在素质教育中重视情商发展,反映了社会发展的客观需要,也是从教育经验中得出的必然结论。在学校教育中,不仅应该重视智力的培养和提高,而且应该重视对学生情感、意志、动机和人格等重要心理素质的教育和培养。
This article points a necessarily conclusion from the intension of EQ Theory and human's successing.The conclusion is that diathesis education and EQ development are an united whole,attaching importance to EQ development in diathesis education reflects the object need of social development .In school education,we should attach importance to cultivate not only the student 's intelligence,but also the student 's mental diathesis,for example,emotion,volition,motivation and personality etc.
