拉萨市青少年学生胸部健康状况调查研究

An investigation study on chest health status of Lhasa's teenagers students

目的 :了解拉萨市青少年学生胸部健康状况和患病特点。采用胸部X线检查对拉萨市 2 0 0 1年的小学、初中、高中毕业生进行普查 ,并对结果进行综合分析。结论 :(1)除先天性疾病 (先心病、叉状助 )外 ,影响拉萨青少年学生胸部的疾病主要为发育性脊柱侧弯 (可能为坐姿不正引起 )和感染性疾病(包括结核菌、非特异性细菌、寄生虫等 ,其中以结核菌感染最常见 )。 (2 )民族不同和性别不同并不影响拉萨市青少年学生的患病率。

To get the investigation of chest health status of Lhasa's teenagers students.Methods The student of primary school,junior high school and senior high school in Lhasa in 2001 was censused with x-ray chest examination and the informafion was analyzed.Results (1)In order of the prevalence rate from high to low was lightly thoracic spine lateral bending(1.39%),activity lung tuberculosis(0.44%),pneumionia (0.38%),spinal colume S-shaped lateral bending (0.33%)as well as old pleurisy (0.12%)and other diseases were a few,including pulmonary echinococcosis,visceral inversion,mirror-image heart,congenital heart disease ,bifurcation of rib and tuberculosis of spine ,the prevalence rate of which was less than 0.01%(2)There were not significant difference statistically between males and females of Han people ,between males and females of Zang people,between males of Han perple and males of Zang perple,between females of Han people and females of Zang people for every kind of disease except for spine tuberculosis with lateral bending,for which there was statistic difference between females of Han perple and fermales of Zang people.Conclusion(1)The diseases of Lhasa s teenagers students were mainly developmental spine lateral bending (which may be caused by sitting imbalance),infectious diseases(including tuberculosis,non-tuberculosis infections and parasite)as well as congenital diseases (such as congenital heart disease and bifurcation of rib).(2)There was no correlation between the prevalance rate and nation as well as sex.
