Research on Psychological Conflicts and Adjustment of Ethnic Minority College Students in West-China during the Time of Social Transformation

随着少数民族大学生的入校 ,各民族之间的接触、文化上的碰撞、心理上的冲突将不可避免。为了使少数民族大学生对自己的心理结构做适当调适 ,以较快适应大学学习生活 ,我们有必要对西部大开发时期少数民族大学生面临的心理矛盾与冲突进行分析研究 。

After ethnic minority college students have entered universities and colleges,they inevitably encounter contacts with other nationalities,cultural differences and psychological conflicts.Analysis and studies should be made on psychological conflicts and adjustment faced by the ethnic minority students during the time of social transformation and the development of West\|China,in order to help them make appropriate psychological adjustment and adapt themselves to university study and life in a short time.In this way,we can make theoretical and practical studies on their problems.
